Overview
This training session will introduce the 10X Cell Ranger software. We demonstrate the use of Cell Ranger for mapping, quantification, cell identification and quality control of your dataset.
All material is available to download under GPL v2 license.
Setting up
System Requirements
Install Cell Ranger
Cell Ranger can be installed following the guidelines on the 10X download page
More often that not you will be installing this on a remote server as it requires a lot of memory to run.
This is not essential for the training
Install Loupe Browser
Loupe Browser can be installed following the guidelines on the 10X download page
